Perfect with fish, but also great with lots of different veggie sides and mains. Seasonally, it works all summer, and is a great addition to the midsummer buffet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bulb fennel +\/- fronds<\/li>\n<li>1-2 kohlrabis<\/li>\n<li>A few spring onions (or chives)<\/li>\n<li>Some or all of the following herbs: mint, parsley, lovage, dill (if not using fennel fronds already)<\/li>\n<li>Green leaves in season for example pea shoots, salad leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<li>Vinegar of choice<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>Honey (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rinse all veggies and spin the salad<\/li>\n<li>Peel the kohlrabi and cut into matchsticks<\/li>\n<li>Remove the stalks and lowest part of the fennel bulb and slice thinly<\/li>\n<li>Tear the herbs<\/li>\n<li>Slice the spring onions thinly<\/li>\n<li>Mix the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to combine<\/li>\n<li>Mix all together - done!<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det h\u00e4r en knaprig och saftig sallad som kombinerar n\u00e5gra starka och rena smaker tillsammans med friska \u00f6rter.
