Kan ocks\u00e5 grillas eller fritteras, som spanska \u201chabas fritas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We often serve them as a side dish or incorporate them in a stew or sauce. Koka b\u00f6norna i 1-2 minuter, l\u00e5t svalna lite och tryck sedan ut innerb\u00f6norna ur sina skal. Mosa b\u00f6norna grovt med en gaffel eller ha dem n\u00e4stan hela som i bilden och blanda sedan med myntan, olivoljan och citronen smaka av med peppar. Ta lite olivolja p\u00e5 br\u00f6det och gnid sedan vitl\u00f6ksklyfthalvorna p\u00e5 ena sidan av br\u00f6det.
